Yep, totally agree and thanks for the reminder. I only truly healed (and we CAN heal) when I STOPPED taking all the toxic $upplements, STOPPED listening to what I "should" be doing from others and let my body tell me the root cause of my 30 year illness (in my case, mold (that sh*t is real)). Removing the root toxin, eating real food, moving the body, tossing the mobile, and just being. We got this and thanks for encouraging us with inspiration Heathar...
So good. I’ve come so far with circadian/quantum healing in the last few years, but the ebb and flow is my daily reality and I want to help others embrace that we are enough, and to prioritize joy, not perfection or endless hacks or gadgets. Thank you for this needed perspective!
Another amazing talk, Heathar. I have often found myself thinking, when someone says we should do or believe something that our ancestors did or believed, how do we know they had it right? Maybe they did, maybe they didn't. We also are told often to eat local and seasonally, and while I think that makes sense, your example of using various sea salts (which sounds amazing and fun) shows that we need something beyond that mindset. Some sort of local and seasonally plus eating focus.
I appreciate your comments of doing enough for our healing. I'm going to let them sink in for a while. Thank you. Now I'm off to find some fun and different sea salts!

I LOVE this message. Thank you! We are enough :). I definitely need to work on this.
Amen!
