I do drink spring water at times (in glass), but I can't really afford to drink only spring water all the time. What are next best options? I am one who has been adding mineral drops to RO water for a long time. I recently made sole water with good sea salt. Is that any better? Anyway, a deep dive on water might be nice. Thank you.

Yes, would love to hear more on this. We’ve been adding trace mineral drops to RO water for way too long and I think it’s causing heavy metal issues. At the moment, I’m choosing to add black lotus shilajit glycerin drops to my water to restore balance.

I, too, have an RO system for filtered water and add minerals. +++ on a video on this specifically - I've heard not all spring water is safe to drink so curious your thoughts on that too. Finding so much value in all of these videos, thank you Heathar!!
